Pro Level 

You’re already comfortable with weight training, and strength benchmarks like a 1-rep max are familiar to you. This level fine-tunes your skills, optimizes pacing, and enhances your race-day strategy. 

 

4-Day Level

You have experience in fitness but want to master strength training fundamentals so you can lift heavier with proper technique while improving your endurance.

 

3-Day Level

You’re new to Hybrid Training and excited to start this journey! You have limited time, but you’re eager to build strength, endurance, and confidence in high-intensity workouts.

What you can expect: 

With our expertise in functional fitness, we created a well-balanced class programming, which covers all aspects of the sport. Each session contains a detailed explanation and movement instruction videos to ensure your coaches are prepared to teach each class properly.

Our programming is designed using a four‐week periodization model that balances strength training, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Each block emphasizes a primary focus while still incorporating elements from the other disciplines—for example, during a strength block, participants continue to engage in gymnastics and weightlifting.

Weekly Structure: 

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Primary focus sessions aligned with the block's theme 

  • Tuesday: Dedicated conditioning program

  • Thursday: Mixed modality day featuring EMOMs, short workouts, intervals, and accessory training 

  • Saturday: Team workout

Once you book the programming we will organize a kick-off Zoom call with you to guide you through the structure and answer open questions.
